Return Process

Contact our support team via email or our online portal within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Place the electronic item in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure full credit eligibility.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Our technicians will perform a quality assessment within 5 business days of receipt, after which your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method.
